Presentation & CRM specialist

As a presentation and CRM specialist, you will support the global business development team to :
- Create pitch books presentations and other documents using the MS Office Suite
- Manage customer’s data in our CRM by ensuring data are up to date and fulfilled according to procedures
- Organize and manage the documentation of our business development team
- Optionally, assist the business development team in reporting
- The tasks and management for this position is performed directly from our Headquarter in France
Desired Skills and Experience
- Fresh graduates or less than 2 years experience professional
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and French
- Expert knowledge and proficient usage of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Ability to meet deadlines in an environment with changing priorities
- Ability to communicate clearly and confidently with stakeholders
- Proactiveness and high sense of responsibility
